学术建议: Take breaks and don't try to do too much. Trying to cram everything in and work all day I found has not been a very good or efficient use of my time. 休息一下 understanding when I just can't focus on my work has really helped me do my work when 我可以付出最大的努力. 同时，寻求帮助. 有时候真的很难 to solve something yourself so go to PAC or office hours or ask a friend.
